Greetings MDLF Network! 

We are delighted to announce three new Directors have joined the MDLF Board as of our June 22 Annual Meeting:

• Maureen Weber - President & Chief Executive Officer at Early Learning Indiana

• MDLF Connection: Ms. Weber was appointed by Governor Daniels to chair the Indiana Charter School Board (2012-2015) and recently finished her final term serving Purdue Polytechnic High School as Board Chair earlier this month. 

• MDLF Committee: Fellowship

• Danny Lopez - Vice President for External Affairs and Corporate Communications at Pacers Sports & Entertainment

• MDLF Connection: From 2010-2013, Mr. Lopez served as Deputy Director for the State of Indiana Civil Rights Commission as well as Executive Director for the State of Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs. 

• MDLF Committee: Membership

• Steve Schultz - General Counsel of Purdue University

• MDLF Connection: Mr. Schultz served as Governor Daniels’ first chief counsel. He also served as a member of the Indiana Finance Authority from 2006 to 2009, and in 2010 Mr. Schultz led a bi-state effort to develop a plan of finance and project delivery strategy as a special adviser to Indiana on the Ohio River Bridges Project.

• MDLF Committee: Fellowship
