Meet the Fellows: Kathryn Loheide
We’re excited to welcome Kathryn to MDLF! Kathryn is the Vice President of Marketing for Formstack and lives in Indianapolis.
About Kathryn:
My name is Kathryn Loheide and I’m a wife, mother of two, and currently serve as Vice President of Marketing at Formstack. I’m an experienced marketing executive who creates and executes global marketing strategies that deliver business results. I have extensive experience with digital marketing, brand building, and company and product messaging. I am a committed leader, who is passionate about building teams and growing people. In the last nine years, I’ve found myself working in technology and I’m thrilled to see this sector grow and thrive in our state.
I earned my BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University and my MBA from Anderson University. As a professional, I am serious about my work but light-hearted about my day. As a wife and mother, I like to spend time listening to live music with my husband, family, and friends, and having dance parties with my daughters. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants and eating great food, but who doesn’t? We live in Indianapolis and attend Castleton United Methodist Church.
What's your vision for Indiana? How does this relate to your decision to join the program?
Indiana has a strong reputation as a hub for economic advancement and innovation and offers a favorable environment for small businesses as well as global companies like Eli Lilly, Salesforce, and Cummins. My vision is for Indiana to be a place where everyone can take advantage of our state’s economic opportunities and women particularly can thrive in all aspects of our community from business to education to government. Creating leadership programs for women in industries where they are under-represented, passing equal pay laws in our state, and making advancements in family leave and childcare policies are just a few of the opportunities before us. Not only will this benefit Indiana’s economy, but the lives of all Hoosier families also benefit from improved economic opportunities for women.
