MDLF Annual Event

The Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation will host its 2025 Annual Event, presented by Garmong Construction, on September 11, 2025, at the Indiana State Museum in Downtown Indianapolis.

Join us on Thursday, September 11 for a premier networking reception convening nearly 400 Hoosier leaders from across the state, including MDLF Fellows, Board Members, Smart Network members, and community partners.

On a date that reminds us of resilience, responsibility, and the enduring spirit that shapes our nation, this year’s MDLF Annual Event, Charting America’s Future: An Evening of Big Trends, Bold Thinking, and Purposeful Leadership, will feature Bruce Mehlman, one of the nation’s most respected analysts of political, economic, and global trends.

Known for his sharp insight and eye-opening visuals, Bruce is the creator of the trademark Six-Chart Sunday, a weekly briefing eagerly anticipated by leaders across sectors for its compelling, data-driven look at the forces shaping our world. He will join Governor Mitch Daniels for a timely and thought-provoking conversation about the forces reshaping our country and the kind of leadership our future demands. From disruptive technologies to shifting political landscapes, this evening will explore how bold, principled leaders can chart a course forward in uncertain times.

As a guest, you’ll connect with dynamic peers, gain fresh perspective on MDLF’s mission to Enable Leaders, Drive Change, hear real-world impact stories from our Fellows, and discover new ways to get strategically engaged.

We’ll also proudly recognize Mickey Maurer, our 2025 Daniels Prize honoree; Anne Fuchs, Class VII Outstanding Fellow; and Dr. Patrick Jones, recipient of the 2025 Driving Change Award.

Presented by Garmong Construction, this is a can’t-miss evening of purpose, connection, and momentum.
