As a mission-driven non-profit, we have engaged 141 Hoosier leaders from 27 counties as active participants in our Fellowship program over seven Classes. We remain committed to ensuring there is no barrier to entry for the MDLF Fellowship, and we continue to offer the curriculum at no cost. On average, we invest over $7,500 per Fellow for the two-year, immersive experience. 

As we look to the next chapter and decade of the Foundation, we are preparing to embark on a BOLD fundraising effort to sustain this commitment.
