Meet the Fellows: Pat Adams

We’re excited to welcome Pat to MDLF! Pat is a Oncology Global Brand Manager at Eli Lilly and Company and lives in Indianapolis.

About Pat:

Hello, my name is Pat Adams and I’m a brand manager with Eli Lilly in Indianapolis. I work in Lilly Oncology, where our team makes life better for people around the world. Prior to joining Lilly last year, I obtained my MBA at UVA’s Darden School of Business. Before going to business school, I lived in Indiana for many years while I was an Orr Fellow at Angie’s List and as an undergrad at Notre Dame.

It’s exciting to be back home after spending a few years elsewhere. While seeing new places is always fun, nothing beats an Irish football game, a St. Elmo’s steak, a beer at the Rathskeller, or an evening round of golf at The Fort. I’m looking forward to being part of MDLF and driving change in our state!

What's your vision for Indiana? How does this relate to your decision to join the program?

Indiana’s favorable business climate, low cost of living, world-class universities, legendary events, and Hoosier hospitality set us apart from the rest of the country. We should be proud of what we have to offer! Even still, I often hear folks apologizing for our state and justifying why they choose to live here. My hope is that through participating in MDLF I can be a positive voice for our state by learning more about what we have to offer, making it even better, and welcoming others to join our home.
